Refunds

We do not sell anything on this website, so there is nothing for us to refund.

Every Noctis Codex book is sold by Amazon. If you bought one and want a refund, Amazon handles it, and their returns policy applies. On Kindle purchases this is usually done from your Amazon account under Manage Your Content and Devices, or through Amazon customer service. We have no access to your order, your account or your payment, so we cannot process a refund even if we wanted to.

If you read our books through Kindle Unlimited, nothing is purchased and nothing is refunded.

If something is wrong with the book itself

That one is ours. If a file is corrupted, a chapter is out of order, a link is broken, or you have found a typo that should not have survived, tell us at info@noctiscodex.com and we will correct the file and push the update. Amazon can then deliver the corrected version to your device.

The free chapters

The opening chapters of all nine worlds are free to download, with no email required. Read one before you buy anything and the question of refunds mostly answers itself.
